Breaking Down Barriers Series: Improving Career Outcomes of Black Professionals

You're cordially invited to join BWAM’s Breaking Down Barriers virtual event:

Inclusive Leadership: Improving Career Outcomes of Black Professionals

Being able to thrive and rise in the workplace can be more challenging for Black professionals due to many systemic reasons. This has a knock-on effect on the health, well-being, and wealth generation in Black communities.

In this 90-minute virtual session, we will explore the obstacles to career progression and how senior leaders can make a meaningful difference.

We expect that at the end of the session, you will walk away with fresh insights and ideas on driving inclusion in your teams.

Facilitated by leadership coach Buki Ishola.

*These sessions are hosted online through Zoom*
