The landscape of work has shifted significantly, influencing how organizations approach workplace culture, leadership development, future skills, and recruitment practices. Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion and roundtable networking event where we will delve into these critical elements and explore strategies to optimize the retention and advancement of Black women in the industry.
Event Format
We will kick off the evening with a panel discussion featuring expert panelists who will set the stage for the themes and topics to be explored during the roundtable discussions. Our panelists will share their insights on the evolving landscape of asset management, focusing on recruitment, modern workplace strategies, and leadership development.
Following the panel discussion, attendees will participate in three 20-minute networking roundtables led by the panelists. This segment allows for a deep dive into key concerns, interactive discussions, sharing best practices, and exploring innovative solutions. Each table, designed to foster in-depth discussions, will have 15 minutes of focused conversation on specific topics, followed by a 5-minute buffer for hosts to rotate and move to the next table.
