Join BWAM for an inspiring panel discussion and networking event with senior Black women at Cambridge Associates who will share insight on how they've blazed a trail in the investment industry to become agents of change. As Black women in finance, our panelists have often found themselves in environments where they are underrepresented. They will share how they have navigated this challenge to disrupt the status quo and create a more inclusive industry. Panelists will also speak on the impact of their work, and discuss how, as a community, we can break down barriers to get more Black women into senior leadership.
