Masterclass: Dealing with Objections in Negotiations

Dealing with Objections in Negotiations

In this 75-minute webinar, City lawyer and negotiations skills expert, Olivia Stoddart, will explore techniques around influence and some of the psychology in negotiation behaviour. She will talk about what happens when we hear resistance to our suggestions and requests within a negotiation, and how this moment, and what we do next as negotiators, can be a turning point for the negotiation as a whole. The session will offer practical strategies and techniques to manage objections in negotiations and to help bring the parties towards a satisfactory outcome.
