Netsai Mangwende is the Finance Director for Great Britain at Willis Towers Watson. She is the Business Partner to the CEO and is responsible for the commercially focussed financial management of the GB operations. She challenges the operation of the business, acts as a catalyst for change and drives opportunities for improvement and business development through in-depth analysis of financial information and operational metrics. Previous roles held include Head of Finance Business Partnering and FP&A for Europe at AIG, Commercial Finance Business Partner for UK at Royal and Sun Alliance and Assistant Audit Manager at Deloitte and PriceWaterhouseCoopers; in the United Kingdom, Bermuda and Southern Africa.
Netsai is a strong advocate for Education; she is a Council Member of the Insurance Institute of London "IIL", a Trustee of the Lloyd's Tercentenary Research Foundation "LTRF" and most recently fundraised to rebuild Mayezane Primary School in rural Zimbabwe helping to keep 214 children in school.
Shei is listed as one of the 100 most influential black people in Britain on the Powerlist, BAME Board Talent Index and EMpower Ethnic Minority Executives. She is also named as one of the 100 Women to Watch by Cranfield University and was accorded Women In The City’s Highly Commended Award. She has been featured regularly in the press as a Top Woman leading the way in Finance and within Insurance.
