We invite you to make time for yourself and join our online well-being retreat hosted by Mindwalk Yoga. In this special event, you'll be introduced to a selection of healing practices to help you unwind, let go and be held in a nourishing space. With so much going on in the world and our lives, we want to create a space for you to centre your well-being. You don't need any yoga experience to join this retreat. Newbies and yoga veterans are all welcome. The retreat begins with gentle movement and soothing breathing by Zakiya to ground your mind and body. Paula will share a nourishing Restorative Yoga practice to ease you into a restful state. Karen will seal the retreat with a meditative Yoga Nidra. Karen is a poet and will share poetry she wrote for the retreat. The theme for our special retreat is simply to make time for yourself.
