Ahtis Davis joined TIAA as the Head of Culture in 2023. She sets the enterprise approach and strategy to drive culture within the organization and the communities in which TIAA operates. Ahtis leverages her global leadership experience to develop and execute programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring TIAA remains an employer of choice.

Prior to joining TIAA, Ahtis has built a 25+ year career in financial services at JPMorgan Chase in the Corporate Investment Bank in New York and London where she led complex institutional client and business transformation initiatives and at Wells Fargo & Co leading diverse customer strategies in the Consumer and Small Business Bank.

Ahtis is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a double minor in Business and Spanish.  She enjoys raising her two children, traveling, and investing, and she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and The Links, Inc
