Erika Jefferson
Erika Jefferson is the President and Founder of Black Women in Science and Engineering (BWISE) and now Career Intelligence for Scientists and Engineers, two powerhouse organizations bridging the leadership and career gap for STEM professionals. A proud Georgia Tech MBA and LSU Chemical Engineering graduate, Erika has spent over two decades driving innovation and operational excellence at leading companies including Amoco, BP, Chevron, and Praxair.
Her career spans leadership roles in business development, supply chain, and operations, and her work has taken her around the country —building strategic partnerships, mentoring technical talent, and advocating for equity in STEM every step of the way. Today, Erika is a recognized STEM ecosystem builder, speaker, and advocate empowering scientists and engineers to lead boldly in business, technology, and beyond.
