JoAnn Holmes, Esq. (“Jo") is an intellectual property attorney, emerging tech advisor and founder of Holmes@Law.  Jo has overseen multi-billion dollar intangible asset portfolios spanning 150 countries.  For over 25 years, she’s negotiated profitable IP and licensing deals with Fortune 500 companies.  Now, she helps business leaders globally leverage digital assets and AI to grow revenue and build wealth. 

Jo has spoken extensively, lecturing at lauded law schools including Cornell and University of Pennsylvania, as well as advising elite tech accelerators in the US and abroad.  Jo is featured among the global Top 100 Women of the Future™, has served on the boards for the Stanford Black Alumni Association and the Blockchain Law for Social Good Center.
