
Kemi Christina Abdul
Kemi Christina Abdul brings over a decade and a half of direct investment and portfolio management experience across various infrastructure sectors internationally. She is founder of BlueHaven (FZ) LLC, a boutique firm that collaborates with institutional investors on infrastructure and infrastructure-related investments.
Prior to that, Kemi was part of the founding team of Mubadala Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure private equity fund co-sponsored by Mubadala, Credit Suisse and General Electric. She was actively involved in investment sourcing, execution and portfolio management of investments and served on various boards. As an investment director, she led the fund’s entry into the Southeast Asia market.
Kemi started her infrastructure career as an analyst in the global energy investment banking group of Credit Suisse in New York where she worked on a number of complex transactions.
Kemi holds a Master of Science in Management, with distinction as a Robert Joss Scholar, from Stanford Graduate Business School, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University with a BBA in Accounting and Information Technology. She was awarded the 2005 Wall Street Journal Leadership Award. Kemi sits on the boards of INFRACORP, Mojec International Ltd, Georgetown Real Estate Company and the Almighty Compassion Home NGO. She is part of the Executive Committee Group (ECG) advising the OECD’s infrastructure certification platform, Blue Dot Network, and is an active member of the New York Economic Club.
