Kofi Jones has spent over 25 years designing innovative communication, engagement, policy, and stakeholder solutions. At Cambridge Associates, she is focused on supporting and articulating the CA mission, corporate communications, employee engagement, culture, and community building.

Prior to joining Cambridge Associates, Kofi was a nationally recognized healthcare expert and the Principal and Owner of KJ Health Matters, a Boston-area based consultancy focused on serving the healthcare technology industry. KJHM provided strategic analysis, advocacy and branding for those working to reinforce their vision of a technology enabled healthcare ecosystem. Prior to that, she was the VP of Government Affairs for American Well - a telehealth provider aligned with a national medical group. At American Well, she spent years focusing on evangelizing for the power of telehealth and healthcare innovation by collaborating with federal, state, and congressional leaders to ensure the proliferation of modernized and safe healthcare policy. 

Kofi spent 4.5 years working for the Deval Patrick Administration - first as a Public Affairs Director and spokeswoman for the Governor’s Economic Development Secretary, and then as the state’s first Chief Marketing Officer, promoting the state globally as an ideal home for business, innovation, and talent. She has spent decades as a communications and media expert, including a decade in television news as a producer, reporter, and anchor and as a Vice President of a major Public Relations firm serving financial service, consumer, entertainment, and philanthropic clients.

Jones is also an avid aerialist, instructing in the aerial arts in a private studio called Flight Academy. As a part of her commitment to this art form, she runs a scholarship program called "Empowerment Climbing." The program combines the aerial arts and mentoring, and offers those working to overcome trauma, anxiety issues and other life challenges exposure to the multiple benefits gained from this beautiful and challenging athletic practice. 

Kofi lives in North Andover, Massachusetts within the scenic Harold Parker State Park with her French Bulldog named Lady Gigi.
