
Pamela Brylski
Pamela Brylski serves as the Head of North America Capital Formation and is a Managing Director at Helios Investment Partners. Mrs. Brylski is responsible for driving the firm’s capital initiatives, strengthening its market presence and fostering strategic partnerships across the continent. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Brylski was a senior member of Shenkman Capital’s global business development team and was the global head of the firm’s family office, endowment and foundation business. Mrs. Brylski also was a senior director of the institutional client business at BlackRock. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mrs. Brylski was a Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mrs. Brylski served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs where she built and led one of the largest multi-billion dollar businesses that advised and partnered with ultra high-net-worth clients, significant family offices and institutions to develop and manage investment portfolios. Mrs. Brylski also spent time at the global private equity firm, The Carlyle Group. Prior to transitioning into finance, Mrs. Brylski served as a private equity attorney representing alternative investment firms at the world’s leading law firms. She also served the country as a White House intern.
Mrs. Brylski is on the Executive National Board of the Women’s Association of Venture & Equity (WAVE) and founded the Southeast chapter. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Private Equity Women’s Investor Network (PEWIN) and the Young Leaders Circle of the Milken Institute .
Mrs. Brylski received her law licenses in New York and Texas. She holds a B.A. degree in Humanities Honors (pre-medicine) from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
