
Patricia Hamzahee FRSA
Patricia Hamzahee is an advisor, impact investor and philanthropist. After almost 20 years in banking and finance, Patricia now helps social enterprises attract private capital and advises investors on their responsible investment strategies. As Co-founder of Extend Ventures, she advocates to diversify funding through cutting-edge research such as the 2020 ‘Diversity Beyond Gender’ report.
She co-founded Black Funding Network, a community of individuals and institutions who intentionally support small, Black-led non-profit community organisations, to advance collective giving for greater societal impact. As co-founder of GiveBLACK, she commissioned a seminal examination of Black Philanthropy in Britain to galvanise Black giving.
She is a Non-Executive Director of Social Enterprise UK, a member of the Investment Committee of Better Society Capital as well serves on the Advisory Boards of the Pathway Fund, Women in Social Finance, Shaw Trust Foundation, Diversity Forum, and Money A+E. She is a Trustee of Ballet Black, Stratford East, NFL UK Foundation and International House New York.
