Paul Francisco is Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President at State Street Corporation, leading global inclusion and diversity initiatives and overseeing Affirmative
Action programs. Previously, Paul co-founded Foster & Francisco LLC and held leadership roles at Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, Amica Mutual Insurance, and The Gillette Company.

He serves on several boards, including The United Nations Global Compact US Board, the Harvard Business School Alumni Board, and Boston University’s Black Alumni Leadership
Council. Paul is also involved in other non-profit boards including The Base Inc., Uncornered Boston, The Posse Foundation Advisory Board, among others.

Paul’s recognitions include Boston Business Journal’s “Power 50,” El Planeta’s “100 Most Influential Latinos in Massachusetts,” and Savoy Magazine’s “Top Executives in Diversity,”
among many others.
