Robbin Hudson is a strategist, executive coach, and leadership architect devoted to building cultures of trust, integrity, and authentic power. As Chief Strategy Officer at RARE Coaching and Consulting, she shapes firm-wide strategy and enterprise growth while coaching senior leaders to lead with alignment, accountability, and humanity.

She is the Principal of Platform & Zenith Co., a leadership and culture consultancy, and the Founder of Gradient, a human development think tank advancing inclusive leadership and balanced organizational transformation.

Most recently, Robbin launched Code Hope Ventures, a philanthropic innovation lab and business incubator redefining collaboration among family foundations, community changemakers, and small enterprises through a blueprint that channels wealth, talent, and purpose into thriving, values-driven ecosystems.

Her career spans leadership roles in banking, leadership development, and philanthropy—including early work in the Trust Department at PNC Bank and advisory partnerships with foundations and nonprofit leaders. Drawing on more than 20 years of cross-sector experience, she integrates business strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching to help leaders and organizations thrive.

Robbin holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Economics from Mount Holyoke College. She is a Certified Executive Coach.

A Cleveland native now based in Atlanta, Robbin’s work bridges strategy and culture, grounding leadership in purpose, integrity, and impact.
