Salma Mgawe is the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Americas and EMEA at Invesco. With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Salma partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insights that support long-term value creation. She is a passionate advocate for inclusion, serving as Co-Chair of the Invesco Black Professionals Network and as a Culture Champion, helping advance Invesco’s mission to help investors achieve their financial objectives by fostering an environment where diverse perspectives and talent thrive. She is a graduate of American International College and actively mentors and volunteers with organizations focused on women and youth empowerment.
