Tracey is an HR professional with a non-conventional career journey. Having started as an investment banker, she pivoted to the charity sector, where she worked at an education-to-employment charity that supported students from underrepresented backgrounds in securing graduate opportunities in the financial services sector. She now works within the Talent Development space in the financial services sector and defines her career mission as helping organizations get the best out of their people. She is a certified coach and is well-versed in designing and facilitating impactful group coaching programs. One of her career highlights includes originating and executing SEO London’s female leadership development program, HerCapital, for which she was nominated and shortlisted for the WeAreTheCity Champion Award.
