This is a compact session that aims to empower participants with the strategies and self-awareness necessary to take back control of their careers through much-needed boundaries, balance and blend to create an equilibrium between professional growth and personal fulfilment. This session is about crafting a fulfilling and sustainable career that aligns with individual values, aspirations, and personal definitions of success. 

 This interactive and dynamic session will be structured into four key sections: 

  1. You Are Worth It: Reminding participants why they have the power to make choices that support themselves. Reminding them that they are worthy of what they want and to put themselves at the top of their to do list. 

  2. Setting Boundaries: Exploring the boundaries participants need to put in place to take back control of their time, experience, skills and energy. Setting boundaries walks hand in hand with holding them. We explore the boundaries needed to put yourself at the top of your to do list. 

  3. Creating Balance and Blend: Exploring techniques to blend and harmonise career ambitions with personal well-being to achieve a sustainable and fulfilling balance, fostering a sense of empowerment and control. 

  4. Yes, You Can: A final rally call to remind participants that life has to be lived on their own terms. Determining what those are is the underlying keep to successfully putting yourself on the top of your to do list.
