Ariel White-Tsimikalis is a Partner in the M&A and Corporate Finance team in London. She specialises in advising banks, corporates and private equity funds on equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and general public company representation.

Ariel has particular experience advising banks and other financial institutions, having spent time on secondment at global investment banks Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Citigroup. Her client base is international, spanning a broad range of sectors including hospitality, healthcare, natural resources, manufacturing and aviation.

Ariel is a Committee member of the Women Lawyers Division of the Law Society of England & Wales and Chair of the Advisory Board of The LEAD Curriculum, a not-for-profit organisation which provides “service leadership” training to students from underprivileged backgrounds.

Ariel joined BCLP in June 2020 from the London office of Davis Polk & Wardwell. She was previously at Latham & Watkins and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She holds a Law & Politics Honours degree from the University of Edinburgh (2004) and is fluent in Greek.

Ariel is a contributing author to Financial Regulation: Emerging Themes in 2021 – an extensive collection of articles around the themes of Brexit; Regulatory Change; Regulatory and Litigation Risk; Technology; Governance; and Sustainability and People.
