Visualization for High Performance

Have you ever had a high profile project or presentation that you really wanted to do well in, but the thoughts in your head kept spiraling with "what-ifs" around not doing as well as you would like? If so, the practice of visualization can help. A standard practice for Olympic athletes, visualization stimulates the same regions of the brain during visualization as during the actual event itself. 

In this session, we will learn how to visualize our performance at work so that we can showcase just how amazing we really are.
